  Burton has been very good to us. They have a membership kind of deal that you can get free maintenance checks, and we have really been glad to take advantage of that. We had to get a new furnace two winters ago and didn’t have much notice, and they were great when they first came in. At our maintenance check yesterday, Oscar was quick and professional. He checked everything out, gave us recommendations, and then completed the maintenance work we asked him to do. We would recommend this business and this technician!

  We called Burton because we were having some trouble with our heat. Frank came over today to help and I must say that he provided us with what may be the best and most thorough customer service experience I have had in ANY interaction with any company ever. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The folks at Burton are very lucky to have Frank on their team and Burton will always be my first call because of Frank.
