Burton has been very good to us. They have a membership kind of deal that you can get free maintenance checks, and we have really been glad to take advantage of that. We had to get a new furnace two winters ago and didn’t have much notice, and they were great when they first came in. At our maintenance check yesterday, Oscar was quick and professional. He checked everything out, gave us recommendations, and then completed the maintenance work we asked him to do. We would recommend this business and this technician!

Frank came over today to help and I must say that he provided us with what may be the best and most thorough customer service experience I have had in ANY interaction with any company ever. First of all, my overall experience was great. The technician showed up on time, was professional, polite, and made it easily to understand the overall health of my furnace. He also gave me a number of good recommendations on things to think about now that my heating system is getting up there in age.
